Fines herbes is a mixture of herbs used in French cuisine. It normally contains parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil.

Simple recipe:

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped tarragon,
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped chervil,
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped chives,
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
