Fines herbes is a mixture of herbs used in French cuisine. It normally contains parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil.
Simple recipe:
- 1 Tablespoon chopped tarragon,
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chervil,
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives,
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
