Easy Nachos
Ingredients
- 12 oz (360 g) bag tortilla chips
- 1 lb (450 g) Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) chopped canned peeled green chilies (optional)
- 1/2 cup (about 120 ml) chopped onion (optional)
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the tortilla chips on a Cookie Sheet.
- Toss together the cheese, chilies and onion; sprinkle over the tortilla chips.
- Bake for about 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot.
