Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
Procedure
Combine first 6 ingredients, add cucumbers and onion, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with slotted spoon.
